Services
8 foot draped back wall, 3 foot draped side wall 110 volt, 10
amp electrical outlets provided (220 volt NOT available)

Only professional looking displays will be considered. In order
to maintain a balance of Commercial Exhibits, space is offered
based on product or service, display, and needs of the Fair,
rather than date of application. A Prior Year contract does
NOT guarantee space this year.

Canopy Fees
A Fair provided canopy is required, unless your
specially-designed trailer or unit for sales is pre-approved
by Fair management.

NO EASY-UPS. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Canopies have 3 sides and a top. You provide your own
front closure. Canopy fees listed below are in addition to
space fees.

10 feet x 10 feet ........ $50
($50 for each additional 10 feet x 10 feet)

Please contact the Fair office for prices on different sizes.

Other Fees
$100 electric fee for 220 volt users. You must be ready for
hook-up by 4pm on Wednesday.

50% Deposit is required with application.
If your application is accepted, a contract will be prepared and mailed to you. The contract will indicate a due date for return of the
signed contract and your remaining fees. The contract will also indicate a due date for the final balance. You also must meet
deadlines for other required information such as evidence of insurance. If you miss the due dates, your contract may be cancelled.

If your application is not accepted immediately it will be kept in our Waiting List file. We will contact you only if space becomes
available. This Waiting List is for 2008 only.
